where to find a professional art desk?
I would like to buy myself a really nice, professional art desks. Heres the requirements I would like.
1) A degree tilting tabletop 35-90 degrees
2)Storage (weather its on the side, or underneth
3) Atleast 20x30 space
4) i dont want to put it together.,
If you have trouble with this then simply tell me a place where you have purchased, art supplies/equipment. - Besides Michaels, or Hobbylobby. I have tried, and haven't succeded in finding a piece that I wanted.
Thanks

Lizzy, please try Amazon.com and also there is an art supply store perhaps in your area but definitely online (legitimate name) DickBlick.com they are more expensive but do have clearance section. I have 4 drawing tables one is from hobby lobby, another is from DickBlick and the other is from a local furniture mart here in town, the last one someone gave it to me. You sound like your ready to get down to some serious business. Hope i was helpful.
If you're not willing to invest a couple of thousand dollars and add another couple hundred dollars for freight, make it yourself.
I've found more of the kind of art supplies I use at specific hardware stores, particularly ones that deal with surplus, or even dollar king. You might even be surprised with what you'd find at Edmund Scientifics or American Science & Surplus . High end stationery stores, such as those that pander to teachers tend to also have a better selection of art supplies, because they'll carry engineering design tools as well as architectural design materials. I tend to buy Staedtler products. Most of the stuff I've purchased recently has been by googling specific items and using Google shopping.
BTW, my current drafting table was found because someone left it next to a dumpster. I put temporary drawers on the opposite side of the drawing board, with plans to put permanent drawers in later when I make improvements...but you just might be surprised what people get rid of.

You might also consider using a table top drawing board on a regular desk. These have features that allow you to set the tilt of the drawing surface, can easily fold up for storage, leaving you the advantage of an empty desktop when you need it, PLUS, all the storage that come along WITH most regular desks.
You can also find good used desks anywhere surplus office supplies are sold. Used drawing stations will be that much rarer and harder to find, especially with your list of requirements. (most drawing stations will not come with much in the way of built-in storage space.
