Hi, I have a laptop (Dell D630), and its bottom is extremely hot. I would like to buy a good lap desk. It has to isolate the heat, and should be light weight and comfortable. Can anyone recommend a good laptop lap desk? Thanks.

I am a twelve year old girl lokking for an inexpensive, laptop desk. My bed is currently pink but i saw this one comforter that i like that is black and white and i might get that one, so perferebly the color desk i want is white. and it has to be small, cause i dont have a lot of space.

I'm looking for a white laptop desk with some form of storage (drawers or shelves.) Can't be HUGE because I don't have a lot of space. Under 300 dollars please. ALREADY TRIED IKEA. any suggestions on where to look on line or in stores? thanks :) I've tryed staples as well, and office depot.

Laptop sales are starting to outweigh desktop sales yet I never see any good ergonomic desks designed for laptops. Have you seen one? If so, where? Please include a link to be considered for best answer.

Ok, I have a laptop that I like to play shooting games on while I sit in my bed. The only problem is, well the mouse doesn't work very good on beds. I've tried using books or just a mousepad but the surface is too uneven. Does anyone know of a good laptop desk with a mouse pad area or a place to use my mouse effectively on? the legs supposedly slides easily under your couch and the table can be used for eating, too. I saw the commercial a while ago but didn't get the number. anyone know how i can find this?

Someone told me that laptops were the "new wave" of the future of computer technology. What's the difference between having a huge desktop attached to a printer on your desk or a laptop attached to a printer on your desk? What can you do with a laptop (besides carry it everywhere) that you can't do with a desktop and vice versa? What are the advantages to owning just a laptop instead of a bulky desktop?

I realize that I never sit at my desk at home unless I'm doing homework by hand, which is very rare. I always use a little laptop desk.
